Veronica is an Executive Coach who has worked internationally and mostly in the UK. She has a style that is light yet persistent and she also enjoys working with clients who have a sense of humour. She especially enjoys helping leaders transform the nature of their workplace into one that teems with life, passion and excitement.

This reflects in her clients' experience of coaching with her. A chartered accountant and MBA, Veronica worked in investment banking for thirteen years where she led teams ranging in size from two to fifty. It was her success in leading those teams that initiated her particular interest in evolving leadership, and caused her to build her Executive Coaching business in 1998. The people who work with her come from diverse backgrounds and industries - from the small business to the multi-national, encompassing FMCG, banking, engineering, pharmaceuticals and construction. She has worked with clients from Bovis Lend Lease, Tesco plc, BBC, Polo Ralph Lauren, Disney, VW Group, and J P Morgan.

Veronica has been featured in both print and digital media, and contributed to journals such as CEO Journal, Executive Woman, Organisations & People, Women in Banking & Finance, Recruiter Magazine and Business Now. She has also been quoted in national newspapers and magazines such as The Guardian and Training Journal. As a speaker, she has spoken at many events including the European Women in Leadership Forums and the CIPD Coaching at Work Conference. She is a graduate of both Corporate Coach University International and Coach University, and a member of the International Coach Federation. She also holds a diploma in Business Coaching from Newcastle College. In addition, Veronica is a Master Practitioner in neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) and Time Line TherapyT, as well as an Associate Certified Meta-Coach.

Originally from Malaysia, Veronica lived in London, UK, for 28 years, and relocated to Australia in 2007. She loves reading, enjoys skiing and designing jewellery. She also loves to have fun, and more than anything, she delights in seeing her clients' transformations.
