Important points about our offering before you purchase our services:

• There are no additional charges unless additional services are requested or work beyond the scope of the service is requested.
• Payment is required in full via PayPal prior to commencement of the service. Major credit cards are accepted including MasterCard and Visa.
• Once you have purchased our services, you are liable for the full agreed fee. No refunds are possible after you have engaged our services, unless we are unable or fail to deliver the service.
• The service is completed within an indicative timeframe. We do not accept assignments at short notice and cannot deliver the service earlier than the indicated timeframes.
• Our service incorporates a collaborative process. Your input into the Executive Resume Writing process is essential to ensuring the quality result you expect. We do not guarantee a completed writing service within the indicative timeframes if you are unavailable or unable to assist us during the writing process.

After You Have Purchased Your Service

Once you have purchased your Executive Resume Writing Service you will receive an email with instructions on sending your relevant documents, such as an old resume, your employment history (if you don’t have an old resume), a job description for the position you may be thinking of applying for. We will be back in touch to provide further instructions and commence your service. If you have purchased Executive Coaching, Interview Coaching or 360-Degree Feedback you will receive a similar email; please provide your contact details so that we can make arrangements to schedule and commence your service.
