Michelle is a high-energy, vision-oriented professional with over 17 year's demonstrated experience in coaching, project management, small business management, financial analysis, and sales. Michelle has a strong appreciation for the connection between organisational leadership, culture, performance, and profitability.
Michelle specialises in providing coaching services to organisations and business professionals. Based in Sydney, she works with clients both within Australia and throughout the world, delivering optimum results in line with client vision and ideology. Her coaching style is results focused, partnering with and challenging clients to be creative with ideas, perspectives, and actions to produce the desired outcome.
Michelle has a Bachelor Degree in Philosophy and Psychology, which introduced her to concepts relating to business vision and culture, and the potential of the human mind. She is a Certified Professional Coach, having studied at and graduated from the International Coaching Academy. Michelle is an active member of the International Association of Coaches (IAC). Her strengths include direct and honest communication, powerful questioning techniques, comprehensive knowledge and experience, compassionate understanding, and a great sense of humour.
