Michelle Griffiths is Amazing Results specialist Executive Coach based in Perth. Michelle has over 15 years of experience in business, in industries including food manufacture, vehicle production, global pharmaceutical supply and IT consultancy. Initially working as a Chartered Engineer, Michelle has since held a diverse variety of roles which have encompassed areas such as Project Management, Sales Forecasting, Supply Chain Design and Management, Sales and Operations Planning, Business and Strategic Planning, Risk Management and People Management, during which time Michelle has worked throughout Europe and in the USA. Through these roles, Michelle has gained significant experience in managing and motivating teams, mentoring individuals and coaching staff to increase performance.
Michelle has a talent for working with individuals and teams to enable them to achieve their potential. She offers motivation, challenge, new perspectives and accountability, and is strongly results-oriented. She particularly focuses on Executive and Career coaching, with an emphasis on a holistic approach to both professional and personal life.
Michelle holds a B Eng (Hons) degree in the Special Engineering Programme from Brunel University, London. She is a Chartered Engineer and Member of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers (C Eng, MIMechE), the UK equivalent of the Australian Professional Engineer credential. She has also completed post-graduate business studies. Michelle is a member of the Australian Institute of Management (AIMM), the International Coach Federation (ICF) and holds the Certified Professional Coach (CPC) qualification through the International Coach Academy (ICA).
Michelle relocated to Perth from the UK in 2003, where she now runs her own successful business providing a suite of coaching, training and consultancy services. She has coached clients from Australia, the UK, Asia and the USA.
