Maureen has a Bachelor Degree in Teaching, and a Diploma in Marketing. She is an accredited practitioner of the Human Synergistics profiling suite (Life Styles Inventory – LSI, and Organisational Culture Inventory – OCI/OEI). Maureen uses the Myers/strongriggs Type Indicator (MBTI) for individual and team development and Situational Leadership (SL2) for management and leadership development.

Clients regularly comment on Maureen’s ability to work at all levels of an organisation, as well as with the personalities and styles characteristic of highly competitive industries. As one General Manager said recently "other staff and consultants have their place, but no-one has Maureen’s ability to demonstrate and coach our behaviours—that is, at senior levels". She is a true consultant—responsive, to immediate concerns, using these as a means of reinforcing an understanding of behavioural context and underlying dynamics.
