Lucy D'Almeida is our Head of Research & Candidate Care and is a key member of the Amazing Results team, located in our Sydney offices.

Lucy works in close partnership with our Principal Consultants to support each Executive Search assignment that we undertake, to ensure that our candidates are given top priority during each engagement.

It is critical to our candidate-centric approach that our candidates receive timely feedback, acknowledgement of CV's, that information is kept up-to-date on our database. Lucy liaises with our Executive CV writers and is often an initial point of contact on important career matters.

Prior to entering the Executive Search industry, Lucy worked for leading Financial Services & Professional Services companies including JB Were in strategic roles; responsible for managing IT projects and resource allocation issues within these organisations.

Lucy brings unique insight into each Executive Search assignment with her strong research, customer services, HR & recruitment skills enabling her to support our clients and candidates alike during Executive Search assignments.

Lucy is also a certified Extended DISC consultant and trainer.
