David Seamans
David Seamans works with the Amazing Results team in the role of Executive Coach covering the South East Queensland and northern NSW areas. David works to provide an on-going pivotal role in assisting significant companies to reach their potential through quality management reporting programs and training excellence.
As a qualified accountant, David provides that hard edge and focuses on performance and bottom line that the corporate environment requires. He uses the Action Management system to evolve a business plan and then assists the business management to implement it. As a Level Two Certified Executive Coach, he is able to work with the management team to define and then achieve both their personal and corporate goals.
His background covers the IT industry where he installed management systems and then worked with the new owners to achieve the maximum benefits from these systems; the retail industry specializing in marketing, cash flow and stock control: accounting where he installed management reporting systems for over four hundred small to medium businesses in the Hunter Valley.
He has been coaching enterprises specializing in direction/goal setting, management reporting and targeted marketing. On the average, his clients show an improvement on their nett margin of over 60%.
David is the treasurer for a local Rotary chapter, member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, affiliate of the Institute of Executive Coaches. He is a single father with two teenage boys so he understands the relationship between business and home life.
